2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an enquiry form, confirming enrolment, or accessing any course material, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

  • You must be at least 18 years old to enrol. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
  • If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organisation.
  • If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service.

3. Service Description

Neuronest provides online courses in AI development delivered through self-paced exercises, project submissions, and written mentor feedback. The three available tracks are:

  • Foundations of AI Development — a beginner track covering Python, core ML mathematics, and introductory model concepts (฿3,400).
  • Applied Machine Learning — an intermediate track on end-to-end project workflows with real datasets (฿7,500).
  • Advanced Systems & Capstone — a senior track covering modern architectures, responsible deployment, and a learner-chosen capstone project (฿11,900).

Course materials are accessed online. Neuronest does not guarantee uninterrupted availability; planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

The Service is available to learners in Thailand and internationally. Pricing is shown in Thai Baht (THB).

4. Enrolment & Accounts

4.1 Enrolment Process

Enrolment is confirmed following submission of an enquiry form and confirmation of payment. Access to course materials is provided after payment is received and processed.

4.2 Account Security

Where course access requires login credentials, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of those credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

4.3 Account Use

Course access is granted to the individual enrolled learner only. Sharing access credentials with others is not permitted.

5. User Responsibilities

5.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service in a lawful, respectful, and reasonable manner. Specifically, you must not:

  • Share, reproduce, or distribute course materials to third parties without written permission from Neuronest.
  • Submit work as your own that was not produced by you.
  • Attempt to access systems, tools, or data beyond your authorised scope.
  • Use course materials for any commercial purpose not permitted under these Terms.
  • Engage in conduct that is abusive, harassing, or otherwise harmful to Neuronest staff or other learners.

5.2 Academic Integrity

Submissions are expected to represent your own understanding and work. Submitting work produced entirely by automated tools without genuine engagement with the exercise undermines the learning process. Neuronest does not grade submissions but does provide substantive mentor feedback; the quality of that feedback depends on the authenticity of the work submitted.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Neuronest Content

All course materials, exercise structures, written feedback templates, and website content are the intellectual property of Neuronest or its licensors. These are protected under applicable Thai and international copyright law.

6.2 User Licence

Upon enrolment and payment, Neuronest grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the course materials for your personal learning. This licence ends upon course completion or account termination, whichever is earlier.

6.3 Restrictions

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or redistribute course materials. You may retain and share project work you produced as part of the course (your own Submissions), provided you do not present Neuronest's original exercise briefs or feedback as your own work.

6.4 User Submissions

You retain ownership of work you submit. By submitting a project, you grant Neuronest a limited licence to read, assess, and provide feedback on that Submission for the purposes of course delivery.

7. Payment Terms

7.1 Pricing

Course prices are shown in Thai Baht (THB) and are subject to change. The price displayed at the time of your enrolment confirmation applies to your enrolment.

7.2 Payment

Payment must be made in full before course access is provided. Accepted payment methods are confirmed at the time of enrolment. Neuronest does not store payment card information.

7.3 Refund Policy

You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of payment, provided you have not accessed more than the first module of the course. Refund requests after this period will be considered on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact [email protected].

Refunds will not be issued where a learner has substantially completed a course or where the request is made more than 30 days after payment.

8. Course-Specific Terms

8.1 Self-Paced Access

Courses are self-paced. There is no fixed completion deadline unless communicated otherwise at the time of enrolment. Neuronest reserves the right to set reasonable access periods for individual tracks; any such periods will be communicated clearly before enrolment.

8.2 Mentor Feedback

Mentor feedback is provided on submitted projects within a reasonable timeframe (typically within five working days). Feedback is written commentary from a reviewer; it does not constitute a formal grade or assessment.

8.3 Course Updates

Neuronest reviews and updates course materials periodically. Enrolled learners will have access to updated versions of materials within the tracks they have enrolled in. We will communicate significant content changes by email.

8.4 Completion and Portfolio

Neuronest does not issue formal certificates or qualifications. Learners who complete all exercises and receive mentor feedback on submitted projects may include their project work in a portfolio. Neuronest makes no representations about the recognition or value of such work by third parties.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by Thai law:

  • Neuronest makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the course materials.
  • Neuronest does not guarantee any specific learning outcome, level of skill, or career result from completing any course.
  • Course materials are educational in nature and do not constitute professional advice in any field, including software engineering, data science, or business strategy.
  • Third-party tools and libraries referenced in course exercises are subject to their own licences and terms, over which Neuronest has no control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Neuronest's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant course in the six months preceding the claim.

Neuronest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Neuronest is not liable for disruptions to the Service caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, third-party platform failures, or natural events.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Neuronest, its instructors, reviewers, and staff from any claims, losses, or damages (including reasonable legal costs) arising from:

  • Your breach of this Agreement.
  • Your misuse of course materials or the Service.
  • Any content you submit that infringes the rights of a third party.

12. Termination

12.1 By Neuronest

Neuronest may suspend or terminate your access to the Service with reasonable notice if you materially breach this Agreement and fail to remedy the breach within a reasonable period after notification. Neuronest may terminate access without notice in cases of serious misconduct, fraud, or illegal use.

12.2 By You

You may discontinue use of the Service at any time. If you wish to close your account or request data deletion, contact [email protected].

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your licence to access course materials ends. Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — shall continue to apply.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.

13.2 Informal Resolution

Before pursuing formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. Please contact us at [email protected] describing the concern. We will aim to respond within 14 calendar days.

13.3 Jurisdiction

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

14. General Provisions

  • Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Neuronest regarding the Service and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
  • Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
  • Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
  • Assignment: You may not assign your rights under this Agreement without our written consent. Neuronest may assign its rights in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
  • Notices: Notices from you should be sent to [email protected]. Notices from Neuronest will be sent to the email address provided at the time of enrolment.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, enrolled learners will receive a notification by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you may request account closure before the effective date.
